If your concern is not urgent - please consider executing the link in your welcome email so you can request forms, appointments or medication refills via your new portal.

Here is a helpful Portal Usage Guide
Currently there is no mobile app for the Portal but it is being developed and hope it will be available soon. However the website is mobile friendly and scalable to fit the screen size of the device being used. To view the Portal to display on your device:
- Open a Google Chrome browser.
- Navigate to the Portal site.
- Click the ellipsis button to the right of the address bar and select More Tools > Developer Tools.
- Click the Toggle device toolbar button.
- To simulate the dimensions of a specific mobile device, select the device from the Dimensions list.
