Forest Hills Pediatrics is committed to the concept of a "Medical Home." This means that patients and families can expect our providers to develop a long-term relationship that provides preventive care, sick care, hospital care, and 24-hour on call services for emergencies. In the medical home setting a partnership develops between you, our informed patient or parent, and your physician whose trained staff are part of the medical team. We believe that every child should have a primary health care provider who knows their complete medical history and is able to provide culturally sensitive and appropriate medical services.
